Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are 20 minutes with five minutes for Q&A, followed by a five-minute transition.
Presenters are responsible for supplying a laptop or similar device, with the ability to connect to HDMI and/or VGA (please bring an adapter if your device does not connect directly via HDMI or VGA).
Poster Presentations
Posters will be displayed on tripods holding boards that are 36″H x 48″W. We will provide double-sided tape so that you may attach your posters to the boards.
